Job Description

Job Overview:

Drive service revenue growth by selling maintenance contracts, warranties, and lifecycle support solutions for biomedical and healthcare technology equipment. The role focuses on expanding the installed base coverage, improving contract renewals, and building long-term customer relationships to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell AMC, CMC, extended warranties, spare parts, and value-added services.
  • Identify new service opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with biomedical, procurement, and hospital management teams.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with service engineers to assess equipment and define service scope.
  • Maintain C4C pipeline and submit regular sales reports.

Portfolio Coverage

  • Dental systems.
  • Critical Care equipment (ICU, monitors, ventilators, anesthesia).
  • Sterilization Units.
  • Radiology / Imaging/ In-depth knowledge of ultrasound technology and its applications in healthcare. (advantages).
  • Healthcare IT (advantages).
  • Nurse Call Systems (Advantage).

Qualification & Experience:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related technical field.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in healthcare equipment service or technical sales.
  • Experience in service contracts or after-sales support preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of medical equipment
  • Customer relationship Management
  • Knowledge of Tender preparation
  • Financial awareness.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
