FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

  LOCATION: CAIRO, EGYPT
  (Covering Cairo & Giza Governorates)
  Kmedix is looking for a skilled and motivated
  Field Service Engineer to join our team!

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform preventive and corrective
  maintenance on medical devices
• Troubleshoot and repair
  technical issues
• Manage spare parts requests
  and inventory
• Prepare maintenance documentation
  and service reports
• Escalate quality issues promptly
• Diagnose faults proactively
  and reactively
• Deliver professional technical
  support and service
• Maintain strong knowledge of
  company products and technologies
  QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical,
  Electrical, Mechanical, or
  Communication Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of
  relevant experience
• Strong technical, analytical,
  and problem-solving skills
