Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of aesthetic and medical equipment. Daily tasks include providing technical support, conducting troubleshooting procedures, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving technical issues. The role also involves interacting with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Field Service processes, including installation, setup, and calibration of medical or aesthetic devices
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support for resolving complex equipment issues
• Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to provide clear, professional communication and build strong client relationships
• Proficient in technical documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently and adhere to tight schedules in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Biomedical, or a relevant technical field
• Experience working with aesthetic or medical devices is preferred
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally to provide onsite services
