Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role based in UAE for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will manage product demonstrations, provide customer support, and ensure effective communication with clients. Responsibilities include developing in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, identifying customer needs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth objectives.

*Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.

*Experience in sales with ability to align solutions with customer requirements.

*Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proficient in handling technical product presentations.

*Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

*Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

*Familiarity with medical devices and healthcare industry practices is a plus.
