TEAM LEADER – MEDICAL DIVISION

Join Leader Healthcare and lead our Medical Division
towards excellence in healthcare solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the medical division team, setting KPis and performance standards
• Drive revenue growth by executing business strategies across medical equipment and simulation
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare and government stakeholders
• Oversee project execution from contract signing through to commissioning and handover
• Monitor division P&L, manage budgets, and report performance
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, procurement, and institutional requirements
• Represent the division in client meetings, tenders, and executive discussions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery excellence

  QUALIFICATIONS & JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of experience in medical equipment, healthcare technology, or medical simulation
• Minimum 3 years in a team leadership or management role
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven B2B sales and business development track record
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  •Familiarity with GCChealthcare market dynamics and procurement processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and project tracking software
