Job Title: Product Specialist – Aesthetic Dermatology

Qualifications

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an added advantage.

Experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar product-focused role, preferably in aesthetic dermatology, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and product performance data.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear product presentations, trainings, and demonstrations.

Customer service and relationship management skills to support healthcare professionals and aesthetic clinics effectively.

Sales and negotiation skills to support the commercial team in achieving revenue and growth objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related healthcare field is preferred.

Previous experience in aesthetic dermatology, skincare, or related medical aesthetics fields is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Dubai, conduct frequent field visits, and manage time and territory independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; strong organizational and reporting skills.
