Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in the medical equipment industry
Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and medical devices
Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair
Ability to provide effective customer support and technical training
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
Valid Driving License is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and service medical equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure optimal equipment performance
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment inspections
Support sales initiatives through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application support
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinical staff
Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support
