Biomedical Sales & Service Engineer
📍 Location: Qatar

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Biomedical Sales & Service Engineer to join our Qatar team.

This role is ideal for professionals who can confidently handle both technical service responsibilities and customer-facing sales support within the medical equipment industry.

You will play a key role in ensuring reliable equipment performance while also supporting product promotion and client engagement activities.

Key Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of GCC experience in the medical equipment / biomedical field
• Strong understanding of biomedical equipment and healthcare technology
• Experience in installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair
• Ability to support sales activities through demonstrations and technical discussions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Valid driving license is mandatory


Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and service medical equipment at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration as per standards
• Provide technical support during product demonstrations and client visits
• Support the sales team in identifying opportunities and client requirements
• Build strong and long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain proper documentation
• Deliver prompt and professional customer support
