WE ARE HIRING – Sales Representative (Surgical Robotics)

• Location: New Cairo – 5th Settlement, Egypt
• Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 0–2 Years ( Medical Devices Sales)
• Working Days: 5 Days/Week (Friday–Saturday off)
• Hours: 8 Hours/Day – Flexible
• Geographical area coverage: Cairo, Egypt (with field travel across assigned territory)

Your Mission :
• Manage assigned accounts and support senior sales team during product demos and live surgical cases.
• Maintain strict CRM discipline – log all activities within 24 hours.
• Build strong clinical relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Support tender preparation and gather necessary documentation.
• Adhere strictly to pricing, ethics, and compliance policies.
• Perform well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and anti-corruption practices.

What You Bring :
• A Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy – your technical foundation for success.
• 0–2 years of experience in medical device sales (you know the landscape and are ready to grow)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and deadline management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and a receptive attitude toward feedback.
• Genuine commercial drive and a hunger for continuous learning.
• Basic familiarity with medical devices, sales processes, and CRM tools.
