Senior Business Development Manager Corporate (New Business, MEA)

To be successful in this position you will ideally have the following skills / experience:
You work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in insurance sales or business development with a strong new business focus.
Proven success in closing large corporate accounts (100+ employees) within MEA.
Demonstrate experience in pitch-planning and delivering beauty parades, including finalist presentations.
Strong understanding of claims experience, loss ratios, underwriting principles, and premium development.
Ability to build out and defend premium using data‑driven, consultative sales techniques.
Established senior‑level broker and corporate relationships across MEA.
Excellent executive‑level negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong stakeholder management and narrative‑building capability.
Commercially astute, results‑driven, and comfortable in a target‑oriented environment.
