Business Development Manager – Healthcare/Aesthetics

DPFM Clinic is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expand referral partnerships across our multidisciplinary healthcare services.

This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong referral networks, and strengthening the clinic’s presence within the UAE healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will actively promote and support the growth of physiotherapy, osteopathy, podiatry, family medicine, dermatology, and wellness services offered at DPFM Clinic.

This is a relationship-driven, field-based role ideal for someone with strong professional connections across the UAE healthcare and lifestyle sectors.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with clinic growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic referral partnerships with:
• Hospitals and specialist medical consultants
• Orthopaedic surgeons and dermatologists
• Medical clinics and wellness centres
• Sports clubs and fitness organisations
• Corporate organisations and HR departments
• Luxury hotels, concierge services, and lifestyle brands
• Promote DPFM Clinic’s full range of services including family medicine, internal medicine, dermatology, wellness treatments, physiotherapy, osteopathy, podiatry,
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the UAE healthcare and lifestyle sectors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Represent DPFM Clinic at medical events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with patient experience and brand positioning.
• Prepare and present business development reports, forecasts, and partnership updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience, including at least 5 years within the UAE healthcare sector.
• Experience in physiotherapy, dermatology, aesthetics, sports medicine, allied health, or premium wellness services is highly desirable.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required for client meetings and field business development.
• Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape and referral pathways.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional and charismatic personality with the ability to act as a brand ambassador for DPFM Clinic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
