- GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Support development and execution of the outpatient rehabilitation growth strategy under the BD Manager.
- Help maintain a robust pipeline of referral sources and partnerships.
- Assist in aligning service offerings with market demand and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, marketing, and finance teams to support growth targets.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform tactical plans.
- Represent the organization at professional events and community activities as needed.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating annual growth plans with targets for referrals and revenue.
- Support outreach campaigns, scheduling optimization, and territory coverage planning.
- Help identify, negotiate, and finalize partnerships and referral agreements.
- Track metrics (lead generation, conversions, patient satisfaction) and prepare basic dashboards.
- Support reporting to leadership with forecasts and risk flags.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to pilot new rehab programs or services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and LTC policies; support audits and documentation as needed.
- Assist in coaching junior team members and maintaining high service standards.
- Support patient access initiatives to improve the patient experience.
