Caregiver for Baby Stay In Immediate Hiring

Ontime is urgently hiring a dedicated and nurturing Caregiver for Baby Stay-In care. This role involves providing round-the-clock support and care to infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and developmental needs are met within a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to infants including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and soothing
• Monitor the baby’s health and developmental milestones, maintaining accurate daily records
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the baby at all times
• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to stimulate sensory and cognitive development
• Assist parents with understanding baby care practices and offer support as needed
• Administer medications as prescribed and observe any health changes to report promptly
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with parents regarding the baby’s wellbeing and care routines
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in infant care or as a baby caregiver
• Strong understanding of infant development and care techniques
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor
• Ability to provide stay-in care with commitment and reliability
• Effective communication skills to liaise with parents and healthcare professionals
• Flexibility to work extended hours and overnight shifts as required
• Basic first aid and infant CPR certification preferred
