We are hiring: Cast Technician

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cast Technician to join our Orthopedic team. If you are experienced in cast application, patient care, and supporting physicians in orthopedic procedures, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure evidence-based patient care aligned with clinical standards.
– Monitor compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical guidelines.
– Assist physicians in treating bone, ligament, and tendon injuries.
– Apply and remove various casts, splints, braces, and prefabricated soft goods.
– Assist with routine examination and treatment procedures, including cast removal, wound cleaning, and dressing application.
– Maintain sterile fields for minor orthopedic procedures.
– Adjust, repair, and maintain orthopedic equipment and supplies.
– Fit and train patients on mobility aids such as crutches, canes, and walkers.
– Document all patient care in the electronic health record (E-HR).

🔹 Requirements & Skills:
– Proven experience in orthopedic casting, splinting, and brace application.
– Knowledge of plaster, synthetic materials, and thermoplastics.
– Strong understanding of sterile procedures and clinical safety standards.
– Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility is mandatory.
