We’re Hiring | Clinic Supervisor

Saudi German Hospital is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to join our UAE branches. The role is ideal for a skilled and passionate professional committed to ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering high-quality patient services in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise the daily operations of the OPD clinics to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.
•Oversee front desk, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth coordination between departments.
•Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and waiting times to enhance patient experience.
•Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
•Support physicians and medical staff with operational and administrative coordination.
•Handle patient concerns and service recovery to maintain high patient satisfaction.
•Prepare operational reports, track clinic performance, and support management with improvement plans.
•Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and performance monitoring.
•Ensure proper documentation, medical records management, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree , related to medical field.
•Previous experience in group of clinics or healthcare operations supervision.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and patient service skills.
•UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
•Knowledge of healthcare regulations (DHA / MOH) is an advantage.
