Position Title: Consultant Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery

Department: Otolaryngology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and professional Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise, professional integrity, and a strong commitment to delivering safe, ethical, and high-quality patient care in full compliance with hospital policies and applicable UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned duties in line with approved hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, quality assurance, and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support operational and clinical excellence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold professional conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of [8-10] years of relevant experience in a recognized [hospital or healthcare] environment.
• Appropriate academic qualification relevant to the position.
• Valid [DOH / DHA / MOH] where applicable.
• Experience in [Otolaryngology] is considered mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
