Our state-of-the-art outpatient facility provides day surgery, outpatient consultations, and comprehensive diagnostic services for over 30 clinical specialties.

Mubadala Health Dubai, part of M42, is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join its multidisciplinary mental health services. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychiatric care within a well‑governed, patient‑centred healthcare environment, aligned with international clinical standards and best practices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting comprehensive mental health services while contributing to clinical quality, safety, and service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and management for adult patients presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Lead outpatient clinics and provide inpatient consultations as clinically required.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans in line with internationally recognised guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and coordinated care pathways.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety activities.
• Support patient and family education, counselling, and long‑term mental health management.
  

Qualifications

• Recognised medical degree with Consultant‑level qualification in Psychiatry (e.g. CCT/CCST, American Board, or equivalent).
• Eligibility for DOH licensure as a Consultant Psychiatrist.
• Relevant post‑qualification experience at Consultant level in a reputable clinical setting.
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient‑centred and ethical approach to care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
