Looking for Consultant / Specialist Neurology, who aspire to be a part of the winning team and get associated with leading hospital based here in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Higher Professional Degree / Specialty certificate recognized by Ministry of Health in relevant area of specialization.

Licensing Details:

  • In case you are holding active DHA/MOH/HADD license as Consultant/ Specialist Neurology, you are welcome to apply for this position.
  • In case you are going through eligibility process for DHA / MOH as Consultant / Specialist Neurology, you are also eligible to apply for this position.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience since gaining higher qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Diagnose complex medical problems by referring to a patient’s history, examining them, and conducting neurological test.
  • Counsel patients on neurological disorders and their backgrounds.
  • Order neurological tests and interpret the results of neuroimaging studies.
  • Prescribe and / or administer treatment and medication.
  • Monitor the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatments of treatment and medication.
  • Order supportive care services for patients.
  • Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
  • Keep up to date with neurological developments, treatment, and medication.
  • Perform and interpret lumbar punctures, electroencephalography, electromyography, and nerve conduction velocity tests.

  • Leadership skills appropriate for a highly functioning clinical team.
  • Outstanding patient management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
