Product Specialist – Skincare & Cosmetics (Medical / Pharma Background)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist – Skincare & Cosmetics with a pharmacy background and UAE market experience to promote and support dermatology and cosmeceutical products. The ideal candidate will work closely with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and pharmacies to drive product awareness, provide scientific product knowledge, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail skincare and cosmetic dermatology products to dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) including dermatologists, pharmacists, and clinic staff.
• Conduct scientific product presentations and demonstrations highlighting product formulations, benefits, and clinical data.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory growth objectives.
• Provide technical and scientific information regarding active ingredients, treatment protocols, and product usage.
• Identify new business opportunities within dermatology clinics, pharmacies, and aesthetic centers.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, dermatology workshops, promotional campaigns, and product launch events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with UAE healthcare regulations and company ethical standards.
• Deliver product training sessions for clinic staff, pharmacists, and internal sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and territory performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in dermatology, skincare, cosmeceuticals, or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology products, skincare formulations, and cosmetic ingredients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with dermatology clinics or aesthetic centers in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
