We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Tagalog Speaker)

📍 Location: Ajman, UAE
🏥 Organization: Saudi German Hospital Ajman
🕒 Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Saudi German Hospital – Ajman is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Tagalog and passionate about delivering excellent patient service in a healthcare environment.

🔹 Key Requirements:
Fluency in Tagalog (mandatory)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused attitude with professional demeanor
Ability to handle patient queries, registrations, and coordination
Experience in hospital or healthcare customer service is an advantage
Must be available to join immediately
Willing to work at the Ajman branch

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality
