Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support across departments.

💰 Salary: 3,000 + commission

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers
• Good proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with call center software and basic office tools
• Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in English; additional fluency in other languages is an advantage
