Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dentist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals, and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients. The role also involves educating patients about oral hygiene, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to safety and quality standards in patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in dental procedures such as restorative dentistry, root canal treatments, and preventative care
• Strong knowledge of oral health assessments and diagnostic tools
• Exceptional patient communication and counseling skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Valid dental license and accreditation to practice in the UAE
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable

Compensation

• This position operates on a commission-based structure (percentage of generated revenue)
