Implant Specialist (Part-Time | Commission-Based | Own Visa Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Implant Specialist to join our dental clinic on a part-time, commission basis. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in dental implant procedures and be capable of delivering high-quality patient care independently.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental implant procedures including single implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, and implant-supported prosthetics
• Conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and case presentations
• Evaluate patient medical history and radiographs (CBCT, OPG, etc.)
• Ensure high standards of sterilization, safety, and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with general dentists and support staff for multidisciplinary cases
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations

Requirements:

• DHA License or Eligibility as Implant Specialist / Oral Surgeon / Specialist Prosthodontist
• Proven experience in dental implantology (minimum 3+ years preferred)
• Strong case portfolio (implant cases handled independently)
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have own valid UAE visa
• Immediate joiners preferred

Working Schedule:

• 3 days per week (flexible scheduling based on mutual agreement)

Compensation:

• Attractive commission-based structure (percentage to be discussed during interview)
