Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Client Case Coordinator – Dentist (Aesthetic Focus) to manage and oversee aesthetic dental cases from consultation through final delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between patients, dentists, and the dental laboratory, ensuring that all cosmetic treatment plans are executed with precision, efficiency, and high aesthetic standards.

This role requires strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure patient satisfaction and seamless case coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) – Essential

• Proficient in English

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent) – Essential

• Previous experience in a dental lab, dental clinic, or healthcare coordination is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or dental lab software

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Arabic-speaking dental clients via phone, email, messaging and company communication channels.

• Receive, review, and log incoming dental cases accurately.

• Coordinate case progress with lab technicians and ensure on-time delivery.

• Follow up on prescriptions, shade selections, and special instructions.

• Resolve client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

• Maintain detailed records in the lab management system.
