QA/QC Controller – Dental Lab (Aesthetic Focus)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Controller to oversee the precision, aesthetics, and compliance of dental prosthetics. The role ensures each case meets exact clinical specifications, shade accuracy, and natural morphology, while maintaining the highest standards of structural integrity and quality control prior to delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree in Dentistry or Dental Technology.
• Technical Experience: Proven track record in dental lab manufacturing processes.
• Specialization: Advanced knowledge of prosthodontics is preferred.
• Core Competency: Deep understanding of dental materials, occlusion, and fit-to-model accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Final Inspection: Conduct comprehensive QA/QC evaluations of dental prosthetics, ensuring accuracy in fit, occlusion, shade matching, and natural aesthetics prior to delivery.
• Compliance: Verify all cases meet prescribed clinical requirements, internal quality protocols, and relevant industry standards.
• Technical Feedback: Collaborate closely with dental technicians to identify discrepancies, provide corrective guidance, and maintain consistent quality output.
• Process Improvement: Monitor production workflows, reduce remake rates, and enhance consistency through continuous quality improvement initiatives.

The Successful candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience within a dental laboratory environment.

Must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing lifecycle for fixed and removable prosthetics.

Formal dental education is a mandatory prerequisite for this position.
