Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior General Dentist to join our dental clinic in Dubai on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical experience, excellent patient communication skills, and be eligible to undertake the role of Medical Director also as per DHA requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS/DMD or equivalent)
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in the UAE or home country
• Eligible to take up the Medical Director role in Dubai
• Must have own valid UAE visa
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of patient care

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with general dental conditions
• Perform routine dental procedures including fillings, extractions, scaling, root canal treatments, crowns, and cosmetic procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols
• Support clinic operations in the capacity of Medical Director if required
• Build long-term patient relationships and ensure patient satisfaction

Compensation

• Commission-based remuneration only
• Attractive earning potential based on performance and patient flow

• Candidates currently residing in Dubai/UAE will be given preference
