Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients while adhering to clinical and healthcare compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs, provide high-quality dental care, and prioritize patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Patient Consultation & Diagnosis: Conduct oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans

• Dental Procedures:Perform routine dental treatments including fillings, extractions, scaling & polishing, root canal treatments, and restorative procedures

• Preventive Care: Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and post-treatment instructions

• Patient Management: Monitor patient progress, maintain follow-ups, and ensure patient comfort throughout treatments

• Sterilization & Safety: Ensure all dental instruments and treatment areas are sterilized and comply with infection control protocols

• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, X-rays, and clinical documentation

• Emergency Dental Care: Handle dental emergencies and urgent care cases when required

Qualifications

• Active DHA license (or eligibility letter) is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a dental clinic or hospital
• Strong knowledge of restorative, preventive, and general dentistry procedures
• Experience with cosmetic dentistry procedures is a plus
• Ability to interpret dental X-rays and prepare treatment plans
• Excellent knowledge of sterilization standards and infection control protocols
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a bonus)
• Strong communication, patient management, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
