Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist Implantologist role based at DERMADENT Skin and Dental Clinic in Dubai. The Dentist Implantologist will perform comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnose conditions requiring implant treatment, and develop individualized implant treatment plans. Daily tasks include implant placement surgery, related surgical procedures (such as bone grafting and sinus lifts, where needed), prosthetic rehabilitation on implants, and follow-up care. The role involves collaborating with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes. The Dentist Implantologist will also educate patients on treatment options, post-operative care, and long-term maintenance, while maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to all regulatory and infection control standards.
Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience in implant dentistry, including implant placement, prosthetic restoration, and management of implant-related complications.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills in oral implantology, including the use of radiographic imaging and digital tools where available.
• Sound knowledge of oral surgery principles, bone grafting techniques, and soft tissue management related to implant procedures.
• Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient population.
• Current dental degree (DDS/DMD or equivalent) and valid license or eligibility to obtain a license to practice dentistry in Dubai/UAE.
• Formal training or certification in implantology (courses, diploma, or residency) is strongly preferred.
• Commitment to high standards of infection control, clinical documentation, and adherence to local healthcare regulations.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with other dental and dermatology professionals in a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability to support a full-time clinical schedule.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
