Job Title: Sales Engineer – Refractory & Burner Systems

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to handle technical sales and business development of refractory bricks, ferrules, and burner systems for Oil & Gas and petrochemical facilities across the UAE. The role involves close interaction with end users, EPC contractors, and maintenance teams supporting both projects and shutdown activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell refractory materials, ferrules, and industrial burners to Oil & Gas and petrochemical clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and plant maintenance teams
• Identify opportunities related to furnaces, heaters, boilers, incinerators, and flare systems
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and cost estimates
• Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and shutdown / turnaround support
• Coordinate with OEMs, applicators, and internal engineering teams
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering
• 5+ years of sales experience in refractory or combustion products
• Strong technical knowledge of refractory lining systems, ferrules, and burner technologies
• Experience in UAE Oil & Gas / petrochemical projects (ADNOC, EPCs, refineries preferred)
• Established contacts with EPC contractors and end users in the UAE
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
