Job Description
Coordinate project orders in collaboration with the internal team and customers.
Responsibilities
The post holder will:
- Coordinate closely with the Project Manager throughout all phases of project execution to ensure timely progress and successful delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of project drawings, technical designs, and cost quotations in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager in the preparation and submission of project bids and commercial quotations.
- Liaise with the OP&L Team to coordinate sales deliveries in alignment with project schedules.
- Work closely with the Product Specialist and Service Team to schedule client-site installations and application training sessions.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
- Ensure the company’s registration and compliance with relevant government entities are maintained in a timely manner.
- Record and circulate minutes of meetings related to the business unit and follow up with team members to ensure timely closure of action items.
- Undertake additional project site responsibilities as required to support operational needs.

Education and Certification
Diploma/Bachelor in engineering
