Job Description
Job Role – Front Office Executive / Customer Care
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic front office
2. Strong communication skills
3. Good patient coordination and appointment handling skills
4. Knowledge of insurance processes and basic billing preferred
5. Pleasant personality with customer focused approach
6. Ophthalmology clinic experience is an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred.
UAE experience is a plus. Freshers can also apply
