Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Executive to join our team at The Flow Space. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Front Desk Executive will handle receptionist duties, manage incoming inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks. This is an on-site role based in Dubai Hills, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Professional phone etiquette and handling client inquiries
• Experience in receptionist duties and maintaining an organized front desk
• Customer service skills focused on providing a positive client experience
• Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in wellness or healthcare settings is a plus
• Proficiency in office management tools and scheduling platforms
• Proficiency in EMR systems and insurance coding is a plus
