Job Title: General practitioner – Medical Fitness Center

Position: General practitioner

Location: Dubai, UAE (Al Quoz or Bur Dubai)

Department: Medical Fitness Center

Salary: AED 10,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Doctor to join our Medical Fitness Center team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing medical consultations and assessments required for fitness certifications and ensuring all health standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Examinations:

• Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments for fitness certifications.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and documentation of medical findings.
• Compliance with Regulations:
• Adhere to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards and ensure compliance with medical fitness protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health guidelines and medical regulations.
• Customer Care:
• Provide high-quality consultations and ensure patient queries are handled with professionalism.
• Deliver a seamless and comfortable experience for customers.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Complete and sign off on medical reports accurately.
• Ensure timely submission of medical documents as per organizational protocols.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• License: Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical fitness center or similar environment.

Skills:

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in medical reporting and documentation.
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages is an advantage.
