Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and patient-oriented General Practitioner (GP) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, experienced in handling insurance patients, and capable of delivering efficient, high-quality consultations while maintaining proper documentation aligned with insurance requirements.

Additionally, the candidate should be socially active and confident on camera, with the ability to contribute to medical content creation and build a professional online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general medical consultations for walk-in and insurance patients
• Manage patients efficiently in a polyclinic setting with high patient flow
• Ensure accurate documentation, diagnosis, and treatment plans aligned with insurance requirements
• Handle insurance-based cases with proper clinical justification to reduce claim rejections
• Coordinate with insurance/RCM team regarding pre-authorization and approvals when required
• Maintain strong patient communication and satisfaction standards
• Participate in health awareness and social media content creation (videos, reels, educational content)
• Support the clinic’s growth by contributing to patient retention and reputation building
