Saudi German Hospital, Ajman is looking for an experienced and dynamic OPD Head Nurse to lead our Outpatient Department. The role includes clinical leadership, staff supervision, operational management, and regulatory compliance.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily OPD nursing operations and patient flow
• Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and quality standards
• Monitor performance, staffing, and operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DHA or MOH RN License
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
