Role Description

The ER Head Nurse will be responsible for overseeing all emergency department nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with hospital policies and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with relevant certifications in critical care or emergency nursing preferred
• Master Degree in Nursing is a Plus .
• Experience in ER or critical care units Is a must.
• More than 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Previous experience in an accredited hospital (e.g., GAHAR or JCI) is a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong expertise in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care Medicine, and Patient Care
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of nursing staff effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.
