Head Nurse.Nursing Services.MEDCARE ROYAL SPECIALITY HOSPITAL (BR OF MEDCARE HOSPITAL LLC)

Key Responsibilities and Roles:

• Clinical Leadership & Supervision: Oversees the delivery of care to ensure compliance with health, safety, and patient privacy standards, including mentoring junior endoscopy nurses and technicians.
• Operational Management: Manages daily unit flow, including staff assignments, scheduling procedures, managing unit turnover, and acting as the primary point of contact for physicians and staff.
• Quality Assurance & Infection Control: Ensures strict adherence to sterilization, high-level disinfection protocols, and equipment maintenance protocols.
• Patient Care Coordination: Oversees preoperative, intraoperative (monitoring vital signs/sedation), and recovery patient care, while assisting with complex cases.
• Resource Management: Responsible for ordering, inventorying, and maintaining expensive endoscopic equipment, ensuring all tools are available and functional.
• Policy Implementation: Interprets and implements organizational policies, protocols, and updated guidelines to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
