Job brief:

• Supporting and optimizing the EMR (InterSystems TrakCare) PAS & RCM workflows
• Enhancing patient access, registration, insurance, billing, and claims processes
• Developing dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting
• Driving workflow standardization and data quality across facilities
• Partnering with clinical, operational, RCM, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience
  Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, HIM, IT, or related
  field (required)
• Master’s degree (preferred)
  Certifications (Preferred)
• CPHIMS, RHIA/RHIT, PMP, or EMR vendor-specific certifications
  Expertise & Skills:
• 5+ years in healthcare informatics — focused on Patient Access,
  PAS, and/or Revenue Cycle Management
• Hands-on experience with Hakeem – configuration, optimization,
  and support
• Proficiency in healthcare reporting and analytics tools (Hakeem
  embedded reporting, Power BI, Tableau, or cquivalent)
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows – from upstream
  (registration, eligibility, authorization) through downstream
  (claims, denials, collections)
• Experience supporting multi-facility operations with standardized
  configurations and cross-site coordination
