We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital Dubai. This entry-level position is ideal for a candidate with a medical background who is eager to begin their career in a world-class medical facility. The primary role is to provide essential clinical and administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of care and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support: Assist physicians and nurses with basic clinical tasks, including preparing patients for examinations and procedures.

Patient Care & Flow: Manage patient movement within the clinic, ensuring timely registration, appointment coordination, and a comfortable environment for patients and their families.

Vitals & Data Collection: Accurately take and record basic patient information and vital signs (e.g., height, weight, temperature, blood pressure) as per clinic protocols.

Infection Control & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and stock of clinical areas, examination rooms, and medical supplies, adhering strictly to infection control policies.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all patient interactions and observations are accurately documented in medical records, following hospital policies

Requirements

Fluent in Tagalog (Essential for patient interaction)

A medical background (e.g., Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, Medical Student, or Clinic Support)

Good communication skills in English.

A caring personality with attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
