Amana Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assitant (UAE National) to join our long-term care services team.

Key responsibilities include:
– Assisting patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and comfort, while ensuring their dignity and respect.
– Observing and reporting changes in patients’ behavior, mood, or physical condition to the clinical team promptly and accurately.
– Supporting the implementation of care plans under the guidance of nurses.
– Maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment in line with infection control, safety, and mental health care standards.
– Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients, fostering a calm and supportive care environment.
– Adhering to confidentiality, ethical standards, and organizational policies while upholding patient rights and well-being.
