This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Director based in Dubai. The Medical Director will lead and oversee clinical operations, provide medical expertise in patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians across specialties, supervising patient treatment plans, implementing best practices, and contributing to strategic decision-making to advance the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine with expertise in specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology
• Experience in effectively working and collaborating with physicians
• Leadership skills to manage clinical teams and healthcare programs
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of medical ethics and patient care
• Advanced degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent) with relevant licenses and certifications
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in healthcare management or administration is a mandatory.
• licenced on DHA and knowing the regulations
• + 3 years experience in UAE as medical director.
