About the Role

The Senior Manager – Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that drives employee engagement, aligns messaging with business objectives, and fosters a strong organisational culture. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, clear, and impactful communication across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead the implementation of the organization’s internal communications strategy, including key messaging, channels, and delivery approaches
  • Manage and mentor a team of internal communications specialists, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and aligned messaging
  • Collaborate with the broader communications team to deliver timely and cohesive messaging for organizational announcements
  • Create and deliver engaging internal communications content, including email communications and content for employee platforms/apps
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to align communications with organisational priorities, culture, and values
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication
  • Identify and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams
  • Proven experience in writing, editing, and delivering internal communications content across multiple formats and channels
