Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Insurance Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for UAE National fresh graduates who are motivated to build a long‑term career in the insurance industry and gain hands‑on exposure to insurance operations within a professional corporate environment.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Support day‑to‑day insurance operations across functions such as underwriting, finance, claims, compliance, or customer service
  • Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, policy records, and internal reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
  • Learn and adhere to insurance regulations, company policies, and internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of information
  • Support team members with operational and administrative requirements as needed

Required Skills to be successful (Qualification)

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
  • Willing to work full‑time from the office (5 days a week)
