We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist

DUBIMED is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
– Build and maintain monthly social media calendars
– Coordinate video shoots, designers, and editors to meet brand content goals
– Keep marketing tasks and workflows updated
– Support major events, activations, and on-ground marketing initiatives
– Conduct regular marketing visits to clinics for content creation, coordination, brand alignment, and campaign follow-up
– Manage marketing drives, content organization, and digital assets
– Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
– Collaborate closely with brand managers, internal teams, and external partners

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– Proven experience in social media management and content creation
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
– Creative mindset and attention to detail
– Arabic native speaker (mandatory)
– Professional level English
– Valid UAE driving license
