Job Description
As part of the Munich Re Group, MedNet is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing & Client Solutions Officer to provide essential support to MedNet’s Commercial and Marketing functions. The role supports the execution of regional marketing initiatives, manages commercial administrative tasks, and contributes to operational efficiency across projects and client engagements.
This position requires a strong focus on coordination, execution, and administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of marketing and partnership activities.
- Your Role:
- Support the creation and updating of marketing materials, presentations, and client communication templates
- Help execute regional marketing activities including events, webinars, email campaigns, and digital initiatives
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on creative and marketing requests
- Assist in preparing pitch decks and client proposals under the guidance of the Marketing & Client Solutions Lead.
- Support documentation, filing, and tracking of client facing deliverables, and Client Solutions activities.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, scheduling, and minute‑taking for project, client, and cross‑functional discussions.
- Maintain trackers, databases, and shared files related to commercial and client solutions activities
- Support internal coordination for client‑specific initiatives by gathering required inputs from relevant departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Exposure to digital marketing tools considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
