Marketing Manager, APM (Advanced Patient Monitoring) – META

Job Description Our vision for “function or BU” at BD BD Advanced Patient Monitoring is a global leader in advanced monitoring solutions that expands BD’s portfolio of smart connected care solutions with its growing set of leading monitoring technologies, advanced AI-enabled clinical decision tools and robust innovation pipeline. BD Advanced Patient Monitoring’s technologies are often used simultaneously with the BD Alaris™ Infusion System in the operating room or intensive care units. The combination of BD’s new advanced monitoring and existing infusion platforms enables future innovation opportunities for closed-loop hemodynamic monitoring and IV fluid and medication administration by integrating combined company data sets and interoperability capabilities.

About The Role The Marketing Manager – APM (META) is responsible for leading the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that support BD’s APM business objectives, drive market penetration, and strengthen BD’s leadership position across the META region. The role ensures alignment between global, regional, and local strategies while addressing the diverse healthcare environments, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs across META markets. This position will be based in Riyadh.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop and execute META‑specific marketing strategies and annual operating plans aligned with BD’s global and regional APM priorities.
• Translate APM portfolio strategies into localized value propositions, campaign plans, and go‑to‑market initiatives across META markets.
• Monitor market trends, healthcare reforms, customer insights, and competitor activity across the region to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead marketing plans for the APM portfolio, ensuring effective positioning, differentiation, and lifecycle management.
• Support new product launches across the META region, including readiness planning, messaging, training, and launch execution.
• Partner closely with Sales to support pricing strategies, segmentation, and channel execution across diverse markets.
• Ensure consistent application of BD brand, messaging, and compliance standards across all META marketing activities.
• Oversee the development and execution of regional campaigns, scientific events, congresses, digital initiatives, and educational programs.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, event partners, and vendors at a regional level.
• Act as a key partner to Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory to ensure integrated regional execution.
• Support commercial excellence initiatives, including sales enablement, training programs, and customer engagement models.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with BD policies, regional regulations, and ethical standards.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimized spend and value delivery across markets.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical/healthcare, or a related field.
• 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• Strong experience working across multiple markets within the META region.
• Proven ability to lead within complex, matrixed, and multicultural stakeholder environments.
• Experience in product marketing, launches, and multi‑channel campaign execution at a regional level.
