Job Title: QA/QC Assistant – Healthcare Industry

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary Range: Up to AED 3,000

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Assistant to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts within our Medical Fitness Center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting inspections, documenting findings, and implementing quality control measures in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Perform regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards
• • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to enhance operational performance
• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions
• • Analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
• • Ensure adherence to UAE healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and industry best practices
• • Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance policies and procedures
• • Coordinate with management and regulatory authorities to address quality and compliance matters
• • Stay updated on healthcare inspection regulations, licensing requirements, and industry developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the UAE/Home country healthcare sector in a QA/QC or regulatory role.
• Strong understanding of UAE healthcare quality standards and inspection protocols.
• Excellent skills in data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
