King’s College Hospital London – Dubai is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented RCM Administrator to join our growing Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end‑to‑end RCM operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Pre‑Authorization requests and coordinate with payers to ensure timely approvals
• Handle Claims Submission with accuracy and adherence to payer guidelines
• Oversee Payment Collection and Allocation, ensuring correct posting and reconciliation
• Maintain strong Payer Relations, addressing queries and supporting issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth revenue cycle processes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management within a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of UAE insurance processes and payer guidelines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment
