We’re Hiring | RCM Manager
📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | New Project

We are currently looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a RCM Manager for a new project in Riyadh.

The role will be responsible for leading and optimizing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the healthcare insurance sector, including billing, claims processing, collections, and operational performance management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day RCM operations
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce claim denials
• Lead and manage RCM teams effectively
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Medical departments
• Monitor KPIs and support financial performance improvement

🔹 Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in RCM or healthcare insurance
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of claims management and medical coding
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are a plus
