We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to join our growing team.

About Us:

We are looking for an RCM expert to optimize our financial workflows, from patient registration to final claims resolution.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Optimize: Oversee the entire billing, coding, patient registration, and collections lifecycle.

Maximize Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks in the revenue cycle, reduce claim denials, and accelerate cash flow.

Compliance Champion: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, payer contracts, and medical coding standards.

Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze financial metrics and generate actionable reports for senior leadership.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing billing and RCM team.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, specifically within a hospital or large clinical setting.

Strong expertise in medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Proven track record of reducing denial rates and improving Net Collection Ratios.
